    Philosophy & Founder Bio

    Our company logo explains what Extreme Athletes is all about best. There are six different components in everyone's health and fitness program. A resistance weight training routine, a cardiovascular program, a nutritional meal plan, a flexibility program, proper supplementation, and finally the only non-tangible component yet the most important, CONSISTENCY! The key to any successful health and fitness program regardless of gender/age/or fitness goal is proper program design including six of the above-mentioned components. That is where an individual is going to see the most results in the least amount of time, period. This is where people most often make their biggest mistakes in and out of the gym.

    The Need for a Plan
    For example, most women come into the gym with weight loss in mind. Typically they come into the gym and head straight for the "cardio" to burn that fat, paying little or no attention to their resistance/weight training program or meal plan. They're really only attacking 1/3 of the equation. This is why many people sign up to the gym with this vision of improved health and appearance. Six months to a year later, after having spent all this time, effort, and money, they still pretty much look and feel the same way they did when they joined the gym originally. Then it's "genetics aren't in my favor" or "working out just isn't my thing." You can get in to shape or out of shape very quickly. We specialize in programs for clients with a desire for weight loss, weight gain, shaping and toning, post-injury rehabilitation, sports specific athletic training, bodybuilding, power lifting and more.
